I Am Postmenopausal And Have Never Been Able To Achieve

I am postmenopausal and have never been able to achieve orgasm. I have always felt that the fact that I was sexually abused as a child caused or contributed to my sexual dysfunction. I am in a relationship with a wonderful man who is loving and patient and wants to "help me achieve orgasm." I would love that, too, but have never been able to have this wonderful experience that comes easily and naturally to most women. Is there any hope for me? What would you recommend?
