I Am Pragyan...i Am Pregnant.I Tested 23rd Of Jan 2015

I am pragyan...i am pregnant.I tested 23rd of jan 2015 it came out 3 weeks pregnant in a digital kit.I usually have irregular periods my last period was 28th of nov.I had my scan today but there is no pregnancy found anywhere but my hgc levels are 2000.I dont have any symptoms of ectopic.Now i am really worried can u help me out with this?
