I Am Pregnant (35 Weeks) And Was Hit Last Week

I am pregnant (35 weeks) and was hit last week with a sore throat, congestion etc. It's now full blown laryngitis. A doc prescribed anti-biotics, saying she saw white specks at the back of my throat, but that it's not strep.

I'm supposed to sing Saturday night (am a singer) any recommendations? I've also been taking Tylenol cold/flu and a variety of lozenges...
