I Am Pregnant And I Developed Nasal Congestion During 3month

I am pregnant and I developed nasal congestion during 3month and I used Ortivin for 2 months , still I am suffering with nasal congestion , I am unable to sleep with this problem. I am breathing with mouth only which is very uncomfortable. Can you advice me on this please
