I Am Pregnant By 50 Days And I Am Having

I am pregnant by 50 days and i am having biopreg-F tablets once in a day. is the dosage fine or should i increase my dosage? also i am having constant pain in my breasts and lower back. is it normal? in addition to that i am experiencing a lot of gas problem too. Besides, i feel nauseating but don't get to vomit. is not vomiting during pregnancy a bad symptom? kindly advise.
