I Am Pregnant..i Got Checkup On 6 Th Week There

I am pregnant..i got checkup on 6 th week there was a baby heart beat... but now i am 8 weeks plus i went to hospital bcoz i am bleeding they did scan and there is no baby heart beat... they say me to wait for 4 day whether will see heart beat comes again... i dono what to do
