I Am Presently Being Treated For Prostate Cancer With 1

I am presently being treated for prostate cancer with 1 lupron injection and external radiation treatment,number 18 of 45. I just noticed a swelling in the groin area on the left side in the pelvic area. The swelling is painful and radiating up into the abdomen area. What could this possibly be? Mark N.
