I Am Presently On Two Medications. They Are VENLAFAXINE 150

I am presently on two medications. They are VENLAFAXINE 150 MG and PROPANAPHOL 60 MG Once per day. The first is a mood stabilizer and the second was prescribed by my doctor for severe migraine headaches. It has stopped the migraines and I have been on them for a couple years. Recently I have been aching all over in all my joints almost like arthritis. I am 55 years old and I did have a severe horse back riding accident in 2013. I had to have surgery on my left wrist and neck fusion surgery where C3 through C5 were fused. My neck has always hurt since the accident and the only pain meds I take are Advil. But now I hurt more severely and all over my body. Could either of those meds be causing this. I suspect the Propanaphol. We recently moved to Florida from North Carolina and I have not got a family doctor here since we are not sure we are going to buy a home. Can I just stop taking the Propanaphol without any adverse reactions to see if that helps
