I Am Presently Undergoing Chemoradiation For Anorectal Carcinoma. I Lost

I am presently undergoing chemoradiation for anorectal carcinoma. I lost a filling in a tooth, and yesterday part of the tooth broke off at the gum line. Now I have moderately severe headache in the temporal area, forehead, and base of neck, along with back pain and spasm at level of lower rib cage. The pain encircles the torso at that level. Frontal headache is worse with bending over. No fever, chills, nausea, or vomiting.
