I Am Prone To Serotonin Syndrome And A New Doctor

I am prone to Serotonin Syndrome and a new doctor in my normal doctor's office just prescribed Buspar for my anxiety. Should I be worried about having Serotonin Syndrome episodes if I start this medication? I read that this medication helps keep Serotonin levels in check but I am very nervous about taking anything that affects my Serotonin levels.
