I Am Prone To Ear Infections Since, I Was A

I am prone to ear infections since, i was a baby and growing up. I had tubes but, in my ear when i was a baby.
I haven't had an ear infection in years until this year. I recently had an ear infection in my left ear.
I was put on amoxicilian medicine for 10 or more days. My ear still felt stuffy.
I recently went to an ENT specialist and she got wax out of my left ear that had been infected and she also, removed a scab in my ear. I felt good after everything was out of my ear.
Is it normal to still have ear pain?
