I Am Really Worried About My Husband. He Is 57

I am really worried about my husband. He is 57 years old. He is an alcoholic and he drinks beer every single day and he takes also take Tylenol, and robaximin? (back pills) and is constantly taking Tums for heartburn. Now he started taking allergy pills on top of all this. He is very thin and vomits every couple weeks. How can I get him to stop abusing himself. I am worried I am gong to be a widow soon. He also smokes a pack a day in the house and now I have a chronic cough. He also smokes marijuana because he says it helps with his back pain.
