I Am Recovering From PE And DVT From About Two

I am recovering from PE and DVT from about two months ago. I am now being treated with Xarelto. I also have a need for oral surgery to continue a process of dental implants that began long before. The oral surgeon has a concern about Xarelto and possible bleeding. Is there another effective medication that I may be able to take to minimize the risk?
