I Am Recovering From A Flu Type Infection Day 10.

I am recovering from a flu type infection day 10. I had fever of 103, nausea, diarrhea, sinusitis, productive cough with lots of pflegm, painful skin and joints, hacking with tickle in the chest. A few days in, i developed spots of small itchy red bumps and now have itchy tiny blisters on the back of my calves. I thought it was because I was laid out and hadn't showered but they are still present. Are they a part of the flu virus?
