I Am Recovering From A Lung Wedge Resection 5 Weeks

I am recovering from a lung wedge resection 5 weeks ago, I also have gastritis. I have quit smoking but suddenly I am struggling with cravings and awful depression, I am nervous of using my electronic cigarette, which I haven't used since before my surgery. I have nicotine lozenges are they ok to use considering I have gastritis too. Thank You.
