I Am Recovering From Meningitis Since Last Month. I Had

I am recovering from meningitis since last month. I had antibiotics. I am at home but still have dizziness, tiredness and weakness when I walk or go stairs, Breathing heavily as if i have done some heavy work.Please let me know how to get over these?
