I Am Recovering From Shingles. The Spots Which Are At

I am recovering from shingles. The spots which are at various heights are not causing a problem but the deep pain is and wakes me up during the night. In Spain I was prescribed Nolotil 575mg metamizol. I have now discovered that these can have serious side effects and are banned in some countries. Presumably the one I have recently taken should be the last? Naprosin/ Naproxin didn't touch the pain.
