I Am Related To 87 Year Old In Assisted Living

I am related to 87 year old in assisted living situation due to dementia/alzheimers who is having issues with angina leg/ankle swelling and multiple visits to hospital for pneumonia. I am concerned that the leg swelling and pneumonia issues are either caused by or aggravated by current meds. The current drug list is as follows: Acetamenophen prn. quetiapine 50mg bid. gabapentin 200mg tid. escitalopram 20mg qd. aspirin 81mg. nitrostat 0.4mg prn. nitroglycerine patch 0.4mg/hr. diphenhydramine 25 mg prn itch. iophen dm-nr prn. duoneb tid and qid prn. Your thoughts?
