I Am Researching Pyridostigmine Used For Myasthenia Gravis For A

I am researching pyridostigmine used for myasthenia gravis for a pharmacology class I am taking. What are the side effects and the route of administration. I am reading conflicting information, some say IV administration but patients do not do that at home, I think. I see that bradycardia and increased urination are some side effect but are nausea, vomiting,diarrhea,blurred vision,excessive sweating,muscular tremors, broncoconstriction and hypo-tension common?
