I Am Reviewing My 16 Month Old Sons Cbc Follow

I am reviewing my 16 month old sons cbc follow up and am a bit concerned.

RDW 19.1
ABSOLUTE NEUTROPHILS 170
ABSOLUTE REACTIVE LYMPHOCYTES 1020
REACTIVE LYMPHOCYTES 12.0

Everything else appears normal. Like any mother I'm worried about Leukemia and other life causes. Am I overreacting or should I be concerned?
