I Am Right Handed. My Left Thumb Down To Wrist

I am right handed. My left thumb down to wrist hurts, fingers go numb when holding objects, or at night time. Right hand pointer finger 1st knuckle is sore and burning sensation across all right knuckles and down the out side of wrist. Have tried NSAIDs, ibuprofen, aspirin, voltaren, and captracin patches....
