I Am Right Handed And My Right Wrist Has Been

I am right handed and my right wrist has been hurting and feeling tight and sore. But my fingers and my hand are also tight. This is beginning to happen on my left hand also. I'm having a bit of pain in my right shoulder and back. I've had a herniated disk before and am not sure if this is related or arthritis symptoms.
