I Am Ruby 19 Years Old .I'm Using Skin Light

I am ruby 19 years old .I'm using skin light cream by liva from last 2 years .i tried to stop applying when my skin became fair but skin becomes darks if I stop using it ..I came to know that is not good to use it for long time ..so plz suggest me to overcome problem like to stop it and stay fair ..suggest me a alternative for that..!!plz!!
