I Am Running Fever 101 Since 4 Day, Runny Nose,

I am running fever 101 since 4 day, runny nose, body ache, and cervical spondo pain (rock hard shoulders ). Doctor had given me 500mg azithro + 500mg levofloxacin for 5 days and acetfenac 200 mg bd. Since the antibiotic does was heavy, I am talking ibuplus bd.

Fever and body pain is not coming down, can I take acetofenac as prescribed.
