I Am Scared-I Have A Family History Of Early Heart

I am scared-I have a family history of early heart disease-my numbers and levels have been fine for years (I am 58 female) but all of a sudden I see very pronounced veins all over my chest and abdomen-abdomen swelling and feel very tried all the time. I know I have been on borrowed time-most females in my family die in mid 40s but again I have stayed healthy until now. Blood work good. Also developed exercise induced asthma 2 months ago-help?
