I Am Scared To Death I Have Rectal Cancer. My

I am scared to death I have rectal cancer. My bowels have been different for a few years now. Going more often(still just once a day) and looser not watery but defo looser than they used to be. No pain In tummy no bleeding that I have noticed. Also sometimes it feels like I still have a full anus after going to the loo. I sometimes have to press lightly on front of vagina to help me go but have had to do this since my second child was worn. A friend told me to have a feel in my bum for piles and this has now scared me more because I could feel a lump the size of a golf ball ( I was standing to check) when I pressed on it it kind of felt like I was pressing on my cervix!! Is this even possible? ? Apart from that the only other thing I can say I have had is some anal itching. Very worried! !
