I Am Scheduled To Donate Blood Tomorrow And The Last

I am scheduled to donate blood tomorrow and the last time I went, my hemoglobin was 11.1 and I couldn't do it. Just wondering if it's too late to eat or do something that would help me by tomorrow at 5:15? Think I probably waited to long to check.
