I Am Scheduled To Take A Lone Flight Home Tomorrow

I am scheduled to take a lone flight home tomorrow and I have been taking antibiotics and anti inflammatories for a troublesome tooth, for 48 hours now. It is fine, still a little sensitive off and on, and there would be no issue except that I'll be flying which doesn't go well with tooth pain. I really want advice on wether I am safe to fly as long as it is feeling mostly ok and am stiull taking the meds or should I try to postpone my flight.
