I Am Searching For A New Doctor To Help Me

I am searching for a new doctor to help me with some new symptoms. I started experiencing moderate to severe tingling, numbness, burning, and pain from pressure on my feet and up my calves. It also started in my hands this morning. It is very painful, my feet feel as if I had walked across a hot beach or hot sidewalk in the summer, or as if I am dangling my legs into an overly hot spa tub. My question is what type of doctor should I start with? I currently see an urgent care physician for most things and I think this is not something in his wheelhouse.
