I Am Searching For Answers And I Cannot Seem To

I am searching for answers and I cannot seem to find any. I am 18 years old and I have noticed that I do not have a clitorous, clitoral hood, or lower half of my inner labia. I have not had any surgery that I know of. (I have suspicion that I was circumcised since I do not have these parts) I have had a history of sexual abuse at a very young age and am suspicious that those experiences might have affected the growth of my vaginal area. I am also sexually active with a girl, and I do not have much sensation when we have sex. I want to know what is wrong, please help!
