I Am Seeing A Doctor In Area And A Drug

I am seeing a doctor in area and a drug addict is begging me to give or sell them drugs. I refuse and they call the doctor's off 3 times after hours and leave messages that I am abusing my mediation. I get sent to pain clinic and am not trusted there. The pain is becoming unbearable. I am 60 years old and not into recreation drug use. Pain clinic will not give me anything to help me. What do I do? What avenues can I take. Can not afford to pay for answers on disability
