I Am Seeing Small Discolorations On My Left Hand. Only

I am seeing small discolorations on my left hand. Only on the left, and no where else on my body. These spots are reddish in color and just appear. I have nothing to injury my hand. I will get one or two of these spots, and then they fade away. Then more will show up on a different part of my hand and different sizes. What am I seeing?
