I Am Seeing Small Flashes Of Light That Appear To

I am seeing small flashes of light that appear to look like the small stars on a clear night.I had both eyes dilated on monday and had my left eye lazor treated due to issues related to diabetic rentaionopahy. Should I be concerned? I seems to appear when the surrounding light is dim,doesn't last more than a few seconds .
