I Am Seemingly Always On My Period. I Bleed Must

I am seemingly always on my period. I bleed must days, clot at night and on off days l, I still spot. I may have 3 days per month without bleeding. I also usually start bleeding within 6 hours after sex. I'm 29, never been examined, no insurance so I can't afford to go to a doctor. What is wrong with me and what can be done? Please just give me an idea
