I Am Six Weeks Post Op Tomorrow Total Abdominal Hysterectomy

I am six weeks post op tomorrow total abdominal hysterectomy I was very anemic before op so feel better as far as energy , get flashes more at night than in day but they stop me sleeping anxiety is terrible I am reliving a two year ago relationship problem that my poor husband thought had been resolved can t get over myself feel terrible , trying natural hormone cream been on it two weeks at the moment no great improvement how long will it last i am 48 yrs
