I Am Sleeping Well And Still Feel Very Tired Trough

I am sleeping well and still feel very tired trough out the day and sleepy. Also feeling alot of presure in the eyes unable to keep them open speically around 12pm thru 3 pm. Can you please let know what I am going thru. I am anemic and also have thelsemia treats. Is this due to that or my father is diabetese type 2. I am those symptoms of diabetes?
