I Am So Sick With Crohn's And Colitis I Just

I am so sick with crohn's and colitis I just had vasular operation 4weeks ago sub calviin by pass having hard time healing and the joint pain ia soooooooooo painful. I was taking remicade but the yeast infections got bad all over. Dehydration almost killed me ended up in hospital after that the pain in my joints got bad help
