I Am So Worried My Doctors Said My Liver Enzymes

I am so worried my doctors said my liver enzymes were high both the ALT was 36 and The AST was 140. She said well it might be hepatitis umm who does that first off I have anxiety wrong move for someeone with this condition and secondly I'm not a drug user not do I have risky sexual behaviors so how would I ha a contracted it and furthermore aren't there other conditions I could have that may cause Liver Protein to leak?
