I am starting week 5 of runny nose, coughing, hacking up stuff - bloody now and then because it has been going on so long. I have been using Nyquil, Dayquil, Nasocort, Zyrtec, cough drops, tylenol. When do I know I need antibiotics or it just has to run its course?
