I Am Staying In A Rental Hotel For Almost One

I am staying in a rental hotel for almost one month, and just in the past ouple weeks I have been very itchy on my arms and little on my back. Today I wore my regular coat jacket to go out for a walk, and I was just ripped apart with sudden severe itch on both arms, and was unable to strip off my jacket to scratch.
What can it possibly be?
