I Am "stopped Up" Like Sinus Issues And Started Having

I am "stopped up" like sinus issues and started having a sharp pain when inhaling or sniffing over my right scapula. The pain has moved to the collar bone within an hour. I don't have any abnormal lung sounds (I am an RN) I do have just a little SOB ..
