I Am Suddenly Experiencing Symtoms Of Nueropathy, Only At Night.

I am suddenly experiencing symtoms of nueropathy, only at night. and mostly on my right foot in my big & mostly my index toe. The pain comes in waves and feels like something is rubing on a scraped knee and sometimes a bruised sensation? Once I go to sleep and wake in the morning there are no symtoms and then all day nothing. Once I get home and start to relax here it comes again?
