I Am Suffering From LPP. It Occurred Some 1.5-2 Yrs

I am suffering from LPP. It occurred some 1.5-2 yrs back,but i noticed it only 6 months back.
I am undergoing the treatment for the last 4 months.Initially i saw improvement but it has reduced to almost no improvement.Will the pigments/marks ever go completely.I am taking oral as well as topical medicines for it.
