I Am Suffering From Ulcerative Colitis & Zero Negative Artrities

I am suffering from Ulcerative colitis & Zero Negative Artrities from past 15 Years for the i am taking Mesacol 800 Mg 03 times daily , Ultercet Tablet 03 times daily & Prednisole (Wysolone) 0.25 mg daily, from past 15 days back I had loose motion & not able to eat Food (Vomiting) on Tongue on top was yellow in colour for that Doctor advice to take Taxim - 0 (Cefixime) 200 Mg, Redotil 100mg & Colaspa 135 mg, and I took for one week, about 50 % Improvement in Stool & Food, aferwards again loose motion & not able to eat food (vomiting) for that Doctor advice to take Orni - O then also problem was not solved for that again doctor advised silybon 70 (silymarin) but still no improvement please advise
