I Am Suffering From A Fever For One Week. As

I am suffering from a fever for one week. As per the prescription of my doctor I had taken 3 times a day for five days Mega CV625 and paracetamol, but still I have temperature rising often and suddenly feeling relieved by sweating especially in the nights. Interestingly I have no running nose or throat pain.Is it alright or should I take more medicine?
