I Am Suffering From Acute Maxillary Sinusitis Unilaterally On The

I am suffering from acute maxillary sinusitis unilaterally on the left side since 6 days.and taking medication for it.pain subsides of sinusitis but exatcly on the left temporal area i hv severe throbbiing n pulsatile pain which aggravates on movement of body since 3 days.pz suggest me what is this pain?is it sinusitis pain or migrain?
My age is 28.i am female.
