I Am Suffering From Anxiety , Generally Feeling Numbness ,

I am suffering from anxiety , generally feeling numbness , heavy breathing .and i consulted doctor for this and he recommended me lonazip 0.25 . It acted for some time but now i am again suffering from the same attacks like twice or thrice in a week from few days i can't sleep . Generally taking lonazep when i feel the symptoms but it doesn't show any quick response and doesn't have any effect on my heart pulptation .and i am feeling like i would get cardaic arrest any time ...........
