I Am Suffering From Balanitis From 4 Months Tried All

I am suffering from balanitis from 4 months tried all kind of antibacterial tubes and pills
Now I have small white ulcer on penis they sometime turn into sores the color of glans is also different now. Is it psoriosis or something else.
I am recently prescribed with SURFAZ SN tube and flucanozole 150 mg.
Please help.
