I Am Suffering From Bleeding Gums I Have Been Using

I am suffering from bleeding gums I have been using condaryl tooth paste which says on the tube stops bleeding gums but it make my gums bleed more.

Now i have changed my toothpaste and I use Colgate since i use the colgate toothpaste the bleeding as stopped my Question to ask you why my gums bleed when I use the condaryl toothpaste .
