I Am Suffering From Dry Cough (due To Feeling Of

I am suffering from dry cough (due to feeling of some obstacle in throat), Sneezing, Itchy, Runny or Blocked Nose and Watery Eyes. Took Vitaresp Fx for 10 days (1 Tab. per day) & felt relief but again the same symptoms reoccured. Shall I continue for same medicine? or otherwise kindly suggest other medicines. Thanks & regards...
